WHAT SORT OF TRAVEL DO YOU PLAN?

We're here to inspire you through immersive and sustainable experiences. Our core strengths lie in celebrations and purpose-driven travel. 

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

We follow a six-step process on how we inspire, design and curate these magical experiences. Read more about it here.

DO YOU CHARGE A FEE ​FOR YOUR SERVICE?

Yes. For the personalized expertise, significant value and award-winning service that we bring. To kick off, we're happy to offer one complimentary initial consultation via Phone / Zoom / in-person (if you're Mumbai based). This way you can get to know us and our ideas better to decide if we're right for you. Our fees vary on the duration of your travel and not on the number of travellers.

 

Fee structure per trip:

 

1-7 days = INR 10,000

7-14 days = INR 15,000

14 days+ = INR 20,000

** Should you book the trip, we're happy to adjust the fee in your final total as a gesture of goodwill.
** We don't charge a fee only for trips planned to the Maldives due to the non-complex nature of the trip.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE A FEE? OTHER TRAVEL COMPANIES AREN'T CHARGING!

 

Like most professionals (doctors, lawyers, architects) we have invested years of education, hard-work and money towards perfecting our art. In this case, travel. While it may be uncommon for other companies to charge a fee to plan your travel - this is exactly what sets us apart. 

We charge this fee because we're confident in our expertise, value and service. By charging a fee, we create a relationship that is two-ways. We lay the foundations of trust that builds an eco-system where-in we're even more accountable, responsive and motivated because you took the first step of showing your trust in us. After all, designing a real, custom experience from scratch takes times, effort and dedication. And everything we create around you and for you.

Eventually, it will elevate your travel experience unlike ever before because we work with what's best for you. Being less reliant on compensations from hotels/services and more focused on your positive experience. We understand this may not work for some of you, but for those of you who get our vibe - you'll be hooked. Let's just say it'll be the best investment you've made in travel.

DO YOU HELP WITH THE FLIGHTS, VISAS AND TRAVEL INSURANCE AS WELL?

If you'd like for us to handle these for you, our friendly team would be happy to take care of it.  In case you prefer arranging these on your own, no problemo. There's practically nothing we refuse if it makes your life easier. We could even sort super yachts, private charter planes and helicopters should you need them.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE EXPERIENCES I'VE SEEN ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Absolutely. We're only always design an experience that is built from scratch. The experiences you see on our website are a form of inspiration that give you an idea of what's possible. We don't do any off-the-shelf 'packages'. Every trip, every experience will be designed for you in a way that best suits your interests, requirements and budget.

DO YOU MAINLY PLAN TRAVEL FOR COUPLES? SOLO TRAVELLERS? GROUPS?

Our strength lies in creating 100% bespoke travel. Whether you're a couple, travelling solo or a bunch of 50 friends off to celebrate a special occasion, we can easily manage it all. 

WHAT PRECAUTIONS DO YOU TAKE WITH REGARDS TO COVID-19?

With the underlying global health crisis, we understand that safety, security and hygiene is paramount. To reinforce this, we only work with accommodations, logistics and service providers that adhere to a stringent level of quality control through world-class standards of procedures to ensure your travel experience is completely safe and hygienic.

WILL I BE INVOLVED IN THE TRIP PLANNING PROCESS?

Completely. We understand that one of the most exciting parts about travel is planning the trip itself. And it'd be criminal to leave you out. You're involved at every little stage from route selection, handpicking accommodation, adding experiences, choosing unique things to do. Of course, if you're too busy and rather leave the messy work to us, be our guest.

HOW LONG DOES THE PLANNING AND BOOKING PROCESS TAKE?

From the moment you're on-board, we schedule a couple of phone / Zoom calls to get to understand you better. Once we're on the same page, we come back to you within a few days with a first-cut plan. It can go as quick as you'd want. We just wanna make sure you're totally happy.

DO YOU RESTRICT THE NUMBER OF TIME I CAN CUSTOMIZE THE PLAN BEFORE APPROVAL?

Not at all. The perfect plan could take hours or even days or weeks. We're happy to go back and forth as many times as needed until we're all completely happy with how it's turning out. 

DO YOU BOOK AIRBNBS AS PART OF THE TRIP?

Not at this point. Given the COVID-19 concerns, we're only working with hotels/resorts/lodges that eliminate the risk of a virus as far as possible. Established chains, boutique hotels and certified lodges have better set protocols and tie-ups with world-class health care auditors to ensure a much higher degree of safety and biosecurity for travellers.

CAN YOU BOOK JUST THE EXPERIENCES OR GROUND TRANSPORT IF NEEDED?

Unfortunately not. We can only add value to your trip and ensure it's safe, seamless and memorable when all elements of the trip are taken care by us. We've had avoidable situations in the past due to fragmented bookings and thus completely refrain from it. Just trust us with everything if you do.

I'VE GOT A CERTAIN BUDGET IN MIND, CAN WE WORK IT OUT WITHIN THAT?

Absolutely. At the end of the day, we've all got budgets. As long as it's reasonable in terms of the destination, trip duration and what you're seeking - we're completely happy to work out an experience that is most suited to your budget, though we ensure your expectations are aligned accordingly. While we specialize in giving you an experience that is unique, we feel luxury doesn't necessarily have to be over-priced.

ISN'T IT CHEAPER IF I JUST BOOK THE TRIP MYSELF ONLINE? 

Tailor-made doesn't come cheap. Think of us as working with an artist or designer of haute couture. Every single trip we design is crafted meticulously from scratch and one that is completely unique. We understand every little detail before diving into the process of create the travel experience that is inspired by various elements that are sure to leave you spellbound. Though, our wholesale buying power and years of unparalleled connections meaning you have access to secret deals that are simply just not available to the general public. Eventually, we end up saving you a lot of time and perhaps money too. Let alone the award-winning service that comes with it.

CAN I GET A BREAK-UP OF THE COSTS FOR MY TRIP?

We love transparency as much as you do. And we'll work with you to share as much info as we possibly can with regards to where your money goes. For some destinations like Europe, where it's easy and clear as to how much your accommodation, train tickets and other stuff costs you'll get a break-up. For some destinations like Africa, South America etc it's just not possible to get a break-down of every little element because there are hundreds that go into a trip apart from the accommodation such as the safaris, experiences, driver, car, toll, fuel, park fees, 24/7 local support etc that make up the cost of a trip. 

DO I HAVE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENTS FOR THE TRIP AS SOON AS I BOOK?

 

This depends when you book. If you're booking within 4 weeks of travel, we'll require full payments upon booking. For trips booked more than 4 weeks, only a small deposit is required when you book and the balance payments up to a month before you jet set. Plus being a boutique firm, we can always work out a custom payment plan that will suit you best. 

WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR MONEY IF WE NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL?

Staying true to our spirit of transparency and trust, we'll always share the change/cancellation policies before you book. This will vary depending on the destination, dates and some other factors. But keeping in mind that unprecedented situations like COVID-19 can crop up (hopefully, never again!), we'll work in a manner that is flexible as far as possible. Of course, if it's a last minute cancellation or change it's always tricky but we'll always do what we can to ensure you don't lose hard earned money.

WHAT MODE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We like to keep the payments easy and something that suit you best. You can pay online through a secure payment gateway via credit/debit card and net banking. Else, we can send you our bank details for an RTGS/IMPS/NEFT. We can also accept a cheque if you're booking in advance. For our travellers who live outside of India, you can pay via PayPal. 

WE'RE A BUNCH OF FRIENDS TRAVELLING, CAN WE MAKE INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS?

Of course. It'll be easier than splitting the bill at a bar. Our team will simply get in touch with each traveller directly to share their individual invoice and collect payments in their preferred method. Voila!

I'D LIKE TO GIFT A VOUCHER TO SOMEONE. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Definitely is. Just reach out to us via email or text and let us know. We'll take some details from and send out a pretty looking e-Voucher (save the planet!) that you can easily share with your friend/family via WhatsApp or email for their future travel. Everyone's happy.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON MY TRIP, WILL SOMEONE ASSIST ME?

You bet. This is one of the reasons why our travellers keep coming back. We're not going to have you call a toll-free number with an automated response for 30 minutes. You have instant chat-enabled support throughout your trip. Our team is always just a text or call away for anything you need, plus our team on-ground will be a call away too should you need them.

WILL I GET A LOCAL EMERGENCY CONTACT?

Yes. Before you head off, we'll send you a few numbers that you can keep handy for absolutely anything you may require on-trip or due to an unforeseen emergency. This is what makes or breaks a trip sometimes, so we'll ensure you're covered at all times.

WHAT IF I MISS MY ACTIVITY, FLIGHT OR TRAIN DUE TO BAD WEATHER?

Sometimes, sh*t happens. If you miss your bungy jump or sky dive or even a flight due to some unprecedented weather or simply because you had one too many at the pub the night before - we'll do what we can to reschedule it for you. Our specialists will stay in constant touch with you to have it sorted.

WHAT IF I NEED TO END MY TRIP PREMATURELY AND GET HOME, CAN YOU HELP?

If for any reason you need to cut your trip short and get home ASAP, you can count on us. Of course while we can't commit refunds due to last minute stuff as those are at the discretion of the hotels/experience providers but for serious & genuine cases we will go all the way to salvage what we can. In terms of re-arranging your flights or getting you back home, our team will always be there for you and act proactively and make it happen.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE STUFF FROM MY TRIP WHILE I'M ON THE TRIP?

To be honest, removing stuff isn't easy because it's usually paid before you get there. If there's anything you're unsure about doing on your trip, we'll always recommend to just do it on the spot rather than pre-booking. Though, if there's an experience that we'd showcased while planning the trip that you can't find on ground or for the same price, just WhatsApp or call our specialists while on-trip and subject to availability we'll have it organized. Your trip, your rules.
