WHAT SORT OF TRAVEL DO YOU PLAN?

We're curators of luxury travel experiences which are immersive, authentic and truly seamless. From the most dreamy honeymoon encompassing your dreamiest desires to magical family getaways that are designed to suit each traveller's individual taste to celebration trips for your closest circle of mates. Our expertise primarily lies in the premium & luxury space for discerning travellers who enjoy the finer things in life, value exceptional service and seek experiences which are truly unique in nature. No request is ever too complex and no trip is impossible for us to design.

DO YOU CHARGE A FEE ​FOR YOUR SERVICE?

 

Yes! Given the uncompromising levels of personalisation, time-intensive detailing and truly thoughtful expertise that we bring to the table. Especially in this new-age of travel, where experiences are paramount and the information overload that exists - we bring clarity of thought in executing ideas to absolute perfection. Our endeavour is simple: to offer you the ultimate travel planning & booking experience that is as seamless as possible. To kick off, we're happy to do quick call/Zoom to share ideas. This way you can get to know us and our creativity better to decide if we're right for you & vice versa.

 

Fee structure (quoted in Indian Rupees | total):

 

1-7 days = ₹10,000

8-14 days = ₹20,000

15-21 days = ₹30,000

22 days+ = ₹50,000

** This fee is fully adjusted in your final total if you book the entire end-to-end trip with us

** The consulting & trip designing fee is non-refundable should your trip not materialise or get cancelled 

** 18% GST applicable 

WHY DO YOU CHARGE A FEE? SOME OTHER TRAVEL COMPANIES AREN'T CHARGING!

 

Like most professionals (doctors, lawyers, architects, CAs) we've invested years of time & money towards perfecting the art of bespoke travel. Planning immersive experiences in a personalised manner requires true first-hand expertise. Our travel designers spend a large part of their time personally inspecting destinations, hotels/resorts & forging meaningfully strong local connections.

This in-depth expertise & unparalleled service for the time we invest in your holiday, saves you the hassles and stress of DIY.  After all, a real custom experience from scratch takes skill, know-how and dedication. Every detail we design and create is personalised to your tastes and different from any other trip that we would have planned before for other travellers

Eventually, our professional service will elevate your experience unlike ever before because we work with what's best for you. If you're the traveller who truly enjoys service of the very highest levels in terms of personalisation, attention-to-detail and proactiveness - we're the right fit for you. Think of us as working with a designer of haute couture, wedding planner or interior stylist for your home. You sure are paying a fee for our time but the results can be truly life-changing.

DO YOU HELP WITH THE FLIGHTS, VISAS AND TRAVEL INSURANCE AS WELL?

If you'd like for us to handle these for you, our friendly team would be happy to take care of it.  In case you prefer arranging these on your own, no problemo. There's practically nothing we refuse if it makes your life easier. We could even sort super yachts, private charter planes and helicopters should you need them.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE EXPERIENCES I'VE SEEN ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Absolutely. We're only always design an experience that is built from scratch. The experiences you see on our website are a form of inspiration that give you an idea of what's possible. We don't do any off-the-shelf 'packages'. Every trip, every experience will be designed for you in a way that best suits your interests, requirements and budget.

DO YOU MAINLY PLAN TRAVEL FOR COUPLES? SOLO TRAVELLERS? GROUPS?

Our strength lies in creating 100% bespoke travel. Whether you're a couple, travelling solo or a bunch of 50 friends off to celebrate a special occasion, we can easily manage it all.

WILL I BE INVOLVED IN THE TRIP PLANNING PROCESS?

This is subjective. We understand that for some, it is one of the most exciting parts about travel is planning the trip itself. And if so, it'd be criminal to leave you out. Feel free to be involved at every little stage from route selection, handpicking accommodation, adding experiences, choosing unique things to do. If you'd rather leave us to the messy work (be our guest) or if you're simply to busy: you can trust that our team will proactive work hard behind the scenes while keeping you updated through each step and get your dream trip executed to perfection.

HOW LONG DOES THE PLANNING AND BOOKING PROCESS TAKE?

From the moment you're on-board, we schedule a couple of phone / Zoom calls to get to understand you better. Once we're on the same page, we come back to you within a few days with a first-cut plan. It can go as quick as you'd want. We just wanna make sure you're totally happy.

DO YOU RESTRICT THE NUMBER OF TIMES WE CAN CUSTOMIZE THE PLAN BEFORE APPROVAL?

Not at all. The perfect plan could take hours or even days or weeks. We're happy to go back and forth as many times as needed until we're all completely happy with how it's turning out. 

DO YOU BOOK AIRBNBS OR BUDGET HOTELS AS PART OF THE TRIP?

We do not. We only work with premium & luxury accommodations that are tried & tested plus those that can offer our travellers a comfortable, high-quality & safe experience. We fully understand that you might want to mix it up, experience local/boutique properties or unique accommodations - and you can be assured our team will be set to meet and exceed your expectations in that regard.

CAN YOU BOOK JUST THE EXPERIENCES OR GROUND TRANSPORT IF NEEDED?

Unfortunately not. We can only add value to your trip and ensure it's safe, seamless and memorable when all elements of the trip are taken care by us. Doing only a part of the trip where we don't have full control can give rise to avoidable situations and thus completely refrain from it. Just trust us with everything if you do.

CAN YOU PLAN TRIPS AROUND MY BUDGET?

Our speciality is in premium & luxury travel and we're not the best company to work with if you're seeking a highly budgeted or cheap trip. As you know, bespoke does not come cheap. Unlike corner shop 'travel agents' who might be happy to offer any & everything to make the sale happen: we operate differently. When you approach us for a trip: we'll first discuss ideas & expectations to then give you a ballpark estimate of what you can expect. Based on your period of travel, level of hotels, experiences etc we'll share an idea of the pricing to ensure we're on the same page. Most importantly, we'll always make suggestions based on what is sure to work best for you & aligns with our brand ethos of high-quality curated travel.

ISN'T IT CHEAPER IF I JUST BOOK THE TRIP MYSELF ONLINE? 

Tailor-made doesn't come cheap. Think of us as working with an interior stylist for your home or designer of haute couture. Every single trip we design is crafted meticulously from scratch and one that is completely unique. If you have the bandwith to DIY and don't mind if this isn't your most epic travel experience till date: you could probably save some money by booking the trip yourself. Though, if you'd rather have a professional travel brand design & deliver a world-class experience with carefully selected hotels, unique experiences & incredible local suggestions: this is what we're about. Plus, thanks to our Preferred Partnership status with most of the top luxury brands, we can often offer clients perks (such as upgrades, hotel credits, free breakfasts etc) that they would never find online as these brands extend this only to their top producing agencies. With DIY you will spend precious time opening hundreds of tabs, booking through dozens of different suppliers and potentially have to deal with the stress and uncertainty of on-trip issues which can be avoided by booking with us.

CAN I GET A BREAK-UP OF THE COSTS FOR MY TRIP?

We understand your concern but in case of bespoke end-to-end travel there are hundreds that go into a trip such as accommodation, ground logistics, experiences, guides, drivers, 24/7 local support etc due to which it's not possible to share a breakdown of costs. Though, over four decades of being in the travel industry, we understand that being fair in our dealings is the only way to grow & thrive in a service business. As we do exactly that. Unlike some brands who charge obscene markups to make a one-time sale, for us, a long-term relationship and repeat/referral relationships are paramount. And while no doubt we're all here to make money, we will always offer our most competitive pricings that are often sourced through highly negotiated deals thanks to our large volumes & wholesale purchases from suppliers. 

DO I HAVE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENTS FOR THE TRIP AS SOON AS I BOOK?

 

Generally not, as only a deposit would be due. However, this depends when & what destination you book. Your travel designer will transparently convey the detailed payment and cancellation terms as these would differ from trip-to-trip.

WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR MONEY IF WE NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL?

We'll always share the change/cancellation policies before you book. This will vary depending on the destination, dates and some other factors. However, it is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance that can help mitigate the chance of any financial loss due to unforeseen situations. That being said, for any medical emergencies, our team will work closely with you to ensure we can find the best possible solution to save hard earned money where possible.

WHAT MODE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We like to keep the payments easy and something that suit you best. You can pay online through a secure payment gateway via credit/debit card (**surcharge applicable). Else, we can send you our bank details for an RTGS/IMPS/NEFT. We can also accept a cheque if you're booking in advance. 

WE'RE A BUNCH OF FRIENDS TRAVELLING, CAN WE MAKE INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS?

Of course. It'll be easier than splitting the bill at a bar. Our team will simply get in touch with each traveller directly to share their individual invoice and collect payments in their preferred method. Voila!

I'D LIKE TO GIFT A VOUCHER TO SOMEONE. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Definitely is. Just reach out to us via email or text and let us know. We'll take some details from and send out a pretty looking e-Voucher (save the planet!) that you can easily share with your friend/family via WhatsApp or email for their future travel. Everyone's happy.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON MY TRIP, WILL SOMEONE ASSIST ME?

You bet. This is one of the reasons why our travellers keep coming back. We're not going to have you call a toll-free number with an automated response for 30 minutes. You have instant chat-enabled support throughout your trip. Our team is always just a text or call away for anything you need, plus our team on-ground will be a call away too should you need them.

WILL I GET A LOCAL EMERGENCY CONTACT?

Yes. Before you head off, we'll send you a few numbers that you can keep handy for absolutely anything you may require on-trip or due to an unforeseen emergency. This is what makes or breaks a trip sometimes, so we'll ensure you're covered at all times.

WHAT IF I MISS MY ACTIVITY, FLIGHT OR TRAIN DUE TO BAD WEATHER?

Sometimes, sh*t happens. If you miss your bungy jump or sky dive or even a flight due to some unprecedented weather or simply because you had one too many at the pub the night before - we'll do what we can to reschedule it for you. Our specialists will stay in constant touch with you to have it sorted.

WHAT IF I NEED TO END MY TRIP PREMATURELY AND GET HOME, CAN YOU HELP?

If for any reason you need to cut your trip short and get home ASAP, you can count on us. Of course while we can't commit refunds due to last minute stuff as those are at the discretion of the hotels/experience providers but for serious & genuine cases we will go all the way to salvage what we can. In terms of re-arranging your flights or getting you back home, our team will always be there for you and act proactively and make it happen.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE STUFF FROM MY TRIP WHILE I'M ON THE TRIP?

To be honest, removing stuff isn't easy because it's usually paid before you get there. If there's anything you're unsure about doing on your trip, we'll always recommend to just do it on the spot rather than pre-booking. Though, if there's an experience that we'd showcased while planning the trip that you can't find on ground or for the same price, just WhatsApp or call our specialists while on-trip and subject to availability we'll have it organized.
