  • Balance payments required 10 days prior to travel

  • Rate of exchange (USD to INR) on date of payment as per +1.00 above xe.com will be applicable

  • As per new Indian Tax Laws effective 01 Oct 2020, if payments are made in India, a 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will apply on the final billing, for which you will receive a Challan to claim against your Tax Returns

  • Deposit payments to be made via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking on www.cozymoons.com/pay-now

  • Balance payment will be required via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS into our Indian Bank Account

CHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancel for any reason up to 07 days prior to your trip without any charges

  • Change dates for any reason up to 07 days prior to your trip without any charges

  • In case of change/cancellations, USD 100 flex deposit can be used anytime within 12 months (Maldives only)

  • For any changes within 07 days of travel due to COVID-19 (with proof) a 100% credit or date change will be offered by the resort

  • Any cancellations within 07 days of your arrival for any other reasons - charges will apply as per hotel's policy
